This collaboration debuts with an elegant Wine Pairing Dinner on 15th March 2025, offering a refined culinary journey featuring expertly paired Thai wines and gourmet creations. Following this special evening, the experience continues with 4 Sips & Bites, inviting guests to explore the artistry of Thai winemaking through curated pairings available throughout the year.
Situated along the tranquil Chao Phraya River, Praya Palazzo is a beautifully restored mansion with Italian influences, offering a timeless escape into old-world elegance. With just 15 exquisitely appointed rooms, the hotel offers an escape from the bustling city, accessible exclusively by private boat.

A Culinary and Wine Pairing Journey
On 15th March 2025, Praya Palazzo’s Executive Chef Patnithi Tangpeerapat (Joe) will present a meticulously curated five-course menu, expertly paired with GranMonte’s exceptional Thai wines. Each course is crafted to showcase bold Thai flavours, while award-winning sommelier Suvit Chanpen will guide guests through the wine-tasting experience, sharing his expertise on the nuances of each pairing.
Highlights from the menu include Deep-Fried Prawns Wrapped with Phuket Vermicelli in Passion Fruit Sauce, paired with GranMonte Sparkling Rosé and a Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Nam Jim Jaew Sauce, complemented by the Heritage Syrah Viognier Red.
