Lunch Program
Available every Friday and Saturday from 12 pm to 2 pm, Syrco BASÈ’s Lunch Program invites guests to experience Indonesian dining traditions in a new and interactive way. Guests are invited to partake in a communal dining experience, where guests can share nostalgic dishes crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
The menu showcases a curated range of appetizers, mains, and desserts, including Bali’s finest seafood—from prawns infused with the aromatic notes of kemangi to fresh oysters and the day’s catch from ‘fisherman Oka’.
Each dish embodies the essence of the island’s rich culinary heritage. The journey concludes with tropical desserts, where pineapple’s sweetness and coconut’s creaminess take center stage. Priced at IDR 950,000++ per person, this Lunch Program offers a perfect opportunity for guests to savor authentic Indonesian flavors in a relaxed, yet refined atmosphere.
