In a special tribute to both Valentine’s Day and Cap Go Meh for two full weeks, the hotel’s esteemed all day dining Asia Restaurant proudly presents “Szechuan Sensations”, a remarkable culinary collaboration with The St. Regis Chengdu, China.
Starting from 14 February 2025, guests can celebrate a memorable Valentine’s Day with loved ones at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan, indulging in the bold and authentic flavors of Szechuan cuisine, crafted with signature spices sourced directly from Chengdu, China.
This exclusive culinary collaboration, running until 23 February 2025, invites diners on a journey to the heart of China’s most vibrant and fiery cuisine.
For two weeks, guests will be immersed in the rich and complex flavors of Szechuan, featuring delicacies such as the delicate yet flavorful King Oyster Mushroom Salad with Sesame Oil, the rich and tangy Hot and Sour Seafood Chowder Sichuan Style, the perfectly balanced Wok-Fried Shrimp with Chili, the ever-popular Kung Pao Shrimp, the tantalizing Wok-Fried Beef with Fresh Green Pepper and Dried Chili, and the comforting Zhong Dumplings, among many other traditional specialties.
Each dish is meticulously crafted by Chef Mike Li, Executive Chinese Chef of The St. Regis Chengdu, ensuring an experience that captures the essence of authentic Szechuan gastronomy.
