Peruvian Meets Fusion International Cuisine with Local Flair

PASOLA Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place in collaboration with Henshin Restaurant at The Westin Jakarta presents ‘Chef‘s Table Series’, an exclusive wine pairing dinner on 5 September 2018 at PASOLA Restaurant.

‘Chef‘s Table Series’ will feature specially crafted menus by The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place’s Executive Chef Sean Macdougall and Henshin’s Sous Chef Sandro Medrano Montero. Highlighting both of the restaurant’s concept, the chefs will present dishes that are inspired in the Peruvian and International cuisines with local flair.

The wine pairing dinner will begin with a pre-dinner canape at PASOLA Bar, followed by dinner in the main dining room. The 5th September menu will be as follows:

First Course:
Tuna Girotonno, Sweet Sesame, Ginger Foam — Domaine Schlumberger Pinot Blanc, Les Princes Abbés Alsace France

Second Course:
White Snapper Tiradito, Aji Amarillo Tiger Milk — Pascal Jolivet Attitude Sauvignon Blanc, Loire France

Third Course:
Charred Wagyu Beef Cube Roll, Carrot Hummus, Blackberry Ginger Sauce — Ashbrook Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot, Margaret River Australia

Dessert:
Cashew Tart, Bali Chocolate, Kacang Kenari Nutella, Bali Salt Caramel — Mateus Baga & Muscat, Rose Portugal
