Preserving its original recipes, OPEN} Restaurant will serve a line-up of lifetime favorite Chinese dishes which will be available for dinner at IDR 408,000++
Guest chefs Arvin Ai and Victor Jiang will be presenting a series of carefully handcrafted dishes that best capture the essence of true Cantonese flavors with passionate respect for its heritage and culture. With the excellent skills in Cantonese cuisine and a special care for healthiness, color, flavor and the taste of the food, both chefs will work together with hotel’s culinary team and will not only bring the food experience, but also celebrates the rich cultural heritage of Chinese cuisine. Highlights of their creations include Poached chicken with Chengdu spicy dip, Sliced beef and OX Organs in chili sauce, Geleshan spicy chicken, Tianfu bowl chicken and Old altar sauerkraut and river fresh.
