Cita Rasa Sulawesi presents a variety of mouthwatering original local cuisine like Daging Konro Makassar (Makassar-style rib soup), Ayam Tinoransak (Manado spicy braised chicken), Mie Cakalang (skipjack tuna noodle soup from Manado), Sup Kaledo, (cow’s trotters soup served in spicy both from Donggala), Kambing Bakar Sambal Colo Colo (grilled lamb with basil and tomato sauce) and Seafood BBQ.
