Holiday Inn & Suites Jakarta Gajah Mada is celebrating New Year’s Eve 2020 with a Bohemian Night theme. Bohemian style is often defined as an alternative type of fashion that is unique and different from the mainstream trends of any given period in time. Also well-known as “boho” or “boho chic” style of dressing that was popularized during the 1960s and 1970s focusing on free and flowy fabrics with earthy and pastel colours. This style also emphasizes concern for the environment so natural fabrics and used clothing are commonly worn. Holiday Inn & Suites Jakarta Gajah Mada will present a night full of entertainment from 6.30 pm until the New Year. Guests will be entertained by various entertainers including; humanoid, water percussion, Bohemian dancer, Bohemian live band, special DJ performance, street magician and dazzling fireworks. New Year’s dinner will be hosted at two venues, indoor at Duta Café on level 3 and outside at the Pool Deck and Bar on level 8. The countdown will be celebrated by the infinity swimming pool on level 8 overlooking the Jakarta skyline. Last but not least, door prizes of complimentary stays and dining vouchers will also be presented for lucky winners.
New Year’s dishes are also carefully prepared by hotel’s chef, and guests will be spoiled by two styles of dinner options. Duta Café & Restaurant on level 3 will serve a distinctive menu including succulent Roasted Duck with 16 Herbs, Grilled Lamb, Grill Cod Fish, Cilantro Lamb with Bean Tomato Sauce, Roasted Chicken with Coriander Seed, and much, much more. Pool Bar on level 8 will serve a BBQ buffet dinner where guests can enjoy dishes such as Beef Goulash, Prawn Butter Milk, Pan Seared Fish with Lemon Sauce, food stalls: Oxtail Soup, Peking Duck with Momo, Roasted Cube Roll with Parmesan Cheese, Noodle corner and a dessert island.
