Based on that, Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage in collaboration with UCC – Bahana Coffee presented the idea to hold the 2022 Hotelier Barista Competition. The competition aims to increase the creativity and innovation of coffee blending experts in making coffee menus served in hotels.
Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage, an international four star hotel set in the Dago Heritage 1917 Golf Course complex, one of the most renowned courses in the country, in the district of Upper Dago, Lapangan Golf Dago Atas No.78 Bandung will hold the 2022 Hotelier Barista Competition on Thursday, August 18, 2022 starting at 8:00 WIB – 17:00 WIB at the Business Center, Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage Bandung with a registration fee of Rp 150,000 net/person.
“There are 3 points that will be competed in the Hotelier Barista Competition 2022, namely how each Barista makes Espresso, Cappuccino and Signature Coffee Mocktail with judges from UCC – Bahana Coffee and Barista participants who are experienced in hotels.
Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage has prepared trophies, medals, competition certificates and various free vouchers for the winners includes free stay in Junior Suite room for the 1st winner,” said Otto Sianturi, Food & Beverage Manager of Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage.
