Signifying the year end’s holidays and the ending of the Pandemic, Dash Sports, the first digital sports hub in Indonesia connecting sports enthusiasts and fans to sports clubs, events, and communities, with Bank Tabungan Negara are holding BTN Dash Aqua Challenge, swimming and running competitions for families and communities.
Initiated in 2020 from a running community and the love for sports, Dash Sports has developed into a digital platform providing numerous sports services and this year it is celebrating its second anniversary with an even more loyal users, additional features and sports events.
Founder and CEO of Dash Sports, Alit Aryaguna stated that, “BTN Dash Aqua Challenge is a sports and entertainment event wrapped in such an exciting and fun package to promote a healthy and fit lifestyle through swimming activity.”
“The special event is in collaboration with sports communities, appealing to the benefits of fitness and urging family members’ participation in various competitive activities. The BTN Dash Aqua Challenge expected no less than 500 participants coming from family members and it will feature: Adult Aquathlon Challenge, Kids Swimming Competition and Aqua Bike, competing for cash prizes.”
Moreover, Alit explained that BTN Dash Aqua Challenge will be held on Sunday, 11 December 2022 at the Aquatic Stadium or the Swimming Stadium at Gelora Bung Karno in Senayan, Jakarta.
Meanwhile, Head of Marketing and Communications Division of Bank BTN, Ramon Armando said, “We are glad that BTN could participate in the BTN Dash Aqua Challenge which is a part of the BTN Sport Fest 2022 series. The event features not only competitive and professional but also fun and certainly in line with the urban healthy lifestyle. The event is also a good chance to establish a close relationship with friends and families, namely between members of communities in swimming and other sports as well as for office professionals and urban families.”
Sports Coordinator of Dash Sports, Yori Hehanussa described that BTN Dash Aqua Challenge will present 3 competitions, namely the Adult Aquathlon Challenge, Kids Swimming Competition and Aqua Bike. Adult Aquathlon Challenge is a sports competition combining swimming and running. The event is in run-swim-run format where participants will run for 3 kilometers around the swimming stadium followed by a 500-meter swim and concluded by a 2-kilometer run to the finish.
