Both wedding packages comprise a symbolic non-religious wedding ceremony, a bespoke bridal bouquet and a wedding cake, along with a bridal hair and make-up service provided to prepare for the special occasion. For an authentic Maldivian wedding experience, a Master of Ceremony, known as “Gazi” (judge) locally presides over the ceremony which is exclusively conducted in the charming Divehi dialect.
With Maldivian Bodu Beru drummers escorting the couple to the wedding venue, distinguished guests and family will be served champagne for toasting. To signify a new beginning, the couple has the opportunity to experience a coconut palm planting ceremony and to bring home a symbolic wedding certificate and 24 digital images, capturing cherished moments and preserving precious memories of the wedding.
