After stops in Hokkaido and Osaka, the Genki Sushi train now ends in Tokyo. The From Japan to You campaign concludes this year with a Trip to Tokyo. The menu focuses on sushi and soba, two popular Tokyo delicacies. Tokyo is known for its diverse and delightful food scene, which offers a wide variety of culinary delights.
Sushi and soba are two menus that can frequently be found in Tokyo, and Genki Sushi brings these two menus on Trip to Tokyo to give all Genki Sushi customers a chance to experience the flavours of Tokyo.
Tokyo is well-known for its fresh, high-quality sushi. Sushi options include nigiri (fish on little beds of rice), sashimi (sliced raw fish), and maki rolls (rolled sushi with varied fillings).
Not only sushi, but Tokyo is also known for its soba noodles made from buckwheat flour. You can enjoy soba dishes and they are often served with dipping sauce or in a flavorful broth.
