A Feast of Global & Local Treasures
With its unique scenery of the city skyline from the 62nd floor, Tom’s by Tom Aikens brings its guests together with an iconic traditional and international buffet spread. Promises a remarkable Ramadan feast featuring a buffet of Iftar dinner menus running from 15 March to 5 April 2024.
The buffet offers appetizing options from delicious iftar meals to rich appetizers Indonesian and Mediterranean cuisine. The live carving station offers delicious classics such as Kambing Guling, Roast Beef, Salmon En Croute, Roasted Chicken, Ikan Bakar Makassar, and Lamb Ouzi.
A variety of grilled specialities such as Sate Ayam, Lamb Kofta, Tandoori Kababs, soup, and pasta are also available for guests to enjoy. These luscious dishes, specially crafted by Executive Chef Egidio Latorraca and his talented team, are followed by traditional desserts such as Jajanan Pasar delights, Hazelnut Crème Brulee, Berries Cheesecake, Sacher Cake, Vanilla Millefeuille, as well as Chocolate and Ice Cream Corners.
The Iftar Buffet is priced at IDR 628,000++ per person. Groups of 10 or more enjoy complimentary juice and soft drinks.
To celebrate the joyous occasion of Ramadan, the Cantonese Restaurant T’ang Court, also presents a curated Ramadan Menu, featuring exquisite dishes such as steamed snow skin red bean dates dumpling, Roasted crispy Duck Caviar, Pan fried Beef Steak with Casha sauce and truffle, Wok fried Lobster with Butter milk and curry leaf, Organic fried rice Top with Smoky honey Chicken and Chilled Mango Sagoo.
