This exclusive menu celebrates Chef Victor Taborda’s appointment as a Lambassador by Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) and features a mouthwatering selection of lamb dishes created in collaboration with Chef Stefu Santoso, Executive Chef of Aprez Catering. Enjoy creations like Kofta Tacos, Mafaldine Lamb Ragu, Lamb Skewers, Lamb Shank, Kambing Guling Style, and the signature Sudestada Lamb Chop.
