At the heart of Tipple Room by Mozaic stands the illustrious Bili Wirawan, a visionary mixologist whose talent earned him the prestigious Best Restaurant Mixologist of the Year 2024 by Les Grandes Tables du Monde.

With its meticulous selection process, the association has curated an exclusive collection of elite dining establishments, including renowned Michelin-starred venues.
